About Us

Live Fully Now Wellness Center is a community-driven space dedicated to integrative healing, education, and personal growth, with the goal of helping people take a more active role in their own health. Alongside our therapeutic services, we offer a carefully curated selection of supplements and wellness products—brands and labs we’ve taken the time to vet for quality, testing, and integrity—so people can feel confident in what they’re choosing to support their well-being. Our offerings include acupuncture, shamanic work, massage therapy, chronic pain management, and meditation coaching in both private and group settings, as well as workshops and classes focused on meditation, dynamic mobility, movement, tea, and holistic health. We aim to create a place where people come not only to receive care, but to learn, heal, and grow together. As our community continues to evolve, so will our offerings—and if you’re someone with a skill, practice, or workshop you feel called to share, we’d love to connect.

Bryan Nolan

Massage Therapist & Nordic Shaman

Bryan Nolan is the founder of Eclectic Transformation and an integrative wellness practitioner whose work combines bodywork, meditation, and shamanic traditions. Bryan lived as an addict for 15 years, an experience that deeply informs his work with meditation focused on conflict resolution, making peace with difficult internal states, and supporting individuals navigating addiction, severe trauma, PTSD, schizophrenia, and suicidal ideation—areas that do not intimidate him because they are realities he has lived and studied firsthand. He is a licensed massage therapist (2017), with hands-on work centered on chronic pain, shoulder and back injuries, and complex compensation patterns that are best understood through direct experience and skilled touch. His shamanic work is relational and adaptive, shaped by each person’s worldview, and grounded in both lived experience and ongoing personal research. Everything Bryan offers comes from the hard-earned process of digging himself out, learning deeply, and translating that knowledge into practical support for others.
